Nothing. I will come and take a look at your project at no cost to you.
I will give you a no-nonsense summary of your project. This will include:
cost, codes, material options, and different ways to proceed.
Yes! I can work with you on different options. I'm very flexible.
Some different options available are: One all-inclusive invoice and
payment, weekly invoices and payments, or half up-front and half payment upon
completion of the project. Basically, I am willing to do whatever payment
plan will suit you best.
